当院では、受診歴の有無にかかわらず、発熱や風邪症状、その他感染症が疑われる症状のある患者様の診療を受け入れています。
感染対策として、他の患者様との接触を避けるため、動線を分けるなど特別な対応を行っております。
受診を希望される方は、来院前に必ずお電話でご連絡ください。

那覇市泉崎にて「医療法人愛厚会 那覇NICE救急クリニック」を開院し、2025年4月より訪日外国人観光客の皆さまを対象とした国際救急診療を開始、さらに6月からは日本の保険診療にも対応を開始いたしました。
市役所や国際通りからもほど近い立地にあり、近隣にお住まいの方やご勤務されている方々にも、気軽にご来院いただけるよう努めております。
当院では、多言語対応可能な医療コンシェルジュ（英語・中国語等）を配置し、受診の受付から検査・診察・お薬の受け取りまで、安心してスムーズに受診いただけるよう、全力でサポートいたします。海外旅行保険にも対応し、英語での診断書発行も可能です。受診後も、必要に応じて継続的なフォローを行っております。
また、沖縄在住で日本語での診療にご不安をお持ちの方、米国退役軍人の方や政府関係者の皆様、那覇港に寄港するクルーズ船の乗客・乗員の皆さまの受診にも対応しております。生活習慣病の管理や定期予防接種なども行っており、土曜日も診療を行っておりますので、平日お忙しい方や、ご家族の付き添いが必要な方の通院にもご利用いただけます。
私たちは、沖縄の言葉「イチャリバ チョーデー（一度出逢えば皆兄弟）」と「ヌーヒダティ ヌアガ（何の隔たりがあろうか）」を胸に、どなたに対しても分け隔てなく、敬意と誠意をもって接することを大切にしています。すべての患者さまに、安心して最良の医療を受けていただけるよう、スタッフ一同心を込めて取り組んでおります。

International Medical Care NICE Project provides medical services for tourists who get sick or injured during their trips to Japan. We connect hotels with our English-supported medical teams. Our dedicated medical concierges will follow up with you as well.
Due to language barriers, it used to be difficult for tourists to receive medical care at hospitals and clinics in Japan. We started this venture to address the issue. Our goal is to turn the negative experience of getting sick or injured on a trip into a positive experience, so that every part of your journey becomes NICE.

Billing and Payment
Payment can be made in cash or one of the credit cards shown below:
For those who have private insurance (travel insurance)
When you visit us as an outpatient, the payment needs to be made when you check out on the day of your consultation or examination. We would like to request you to pay the full amount at the clinic and submit a claim to your insurance company afterwards. Necessary documents can be provided to submit a claim to your insurance. (Such as an English medical certificate) Some travel insurances are connected to assistance service in Japan, in that case you do not need to make a payment. Please contact your insurance company directly before visiting.
