2025年4月1日 東本内科から事業承継し、新たに医療法人社団広恵会 うめだ国際クリニックとして開院いたしました。今後とも何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
当院について
うめだ国際クリニックでは、総合内科を中心に皆さまの診察や健康相談を随時受け付けております。
当院では、日本へ旅行に来られた海外の方などを含めてどなたでも安心してご受診いただける国際的な体制を整えております。
風邪や体調不良のほか、健康診断や生活習慣病（高血圧・糖尿病・高コレステロール、禁煙外来など）の管理・ご相談にも対応しております。
体調に不安のある方や、健康チェック、各種予防接種などをご希望の方は、どうぞお気軽にご相談ください。

オンライン資格
■診療について
当院では2022年10月1日よりオンライン資格確認を行う体制を導入し、マイナンバーカードを保険証としてご利用いただけます。
オンライン資格によって得られた情報（受診歴、薬剤情報、特定健診情報その他の必要な診療情報）を活用し、質の高い医療を提供できるよう取り組んでおります。
診療の明細書は領収書発行の際に、無料で発行してお渡ししております。ご不要の方は受付までお申し付けください。
■お薬の処方について
当院では患者様の状態に応じ、28日以上の長期処方やリフィル処方箋発行の対応もしております。ご希望の方は医師にご相談ください。診察により患者様の状態を鑑み、医師が判断いたします。
当院では後発医薬品（ジェネリック医薬品）の使用促進を図るとともに、患者様への安定供給に向けた取り組みを実施しています。現在、一部の医薬品について十分な供給が難しい状況が続いています。薬局において円滑にお薬が受け取れるように、後発医薬品（ジェネリック医薬品）のあるものについては、商品名ではなく一般名処方（同じ有効成分の医薬品）で行う場合がございます。ご不明な点等ございましたら、医師やスタッフまでご相談ください。

令和6年度診療報酬改定により令和6年10月1日から、長期収載品の選定療養が導入されます。後発医薬品（ジェネリック医薬品）のある厚生労働省が指定する先発医薬品（長期収載品）を患者様ご自身で選択した場合に、その差額の4分の1を選定療養費として自己負担していただく仕組みのことです。（場合により、保険給付の対象となります）
選定療養費のお支払いは院外処方の場合、調剤薬局でしていただくこととなります。

International Medical Care NICE Project
International Medical Care NICE Project provides medical services for tourists who get sick or injured during their trips to Japan. We connect hotels with our English-supported medical teams. Our dedicated medical concierges will follow up with you as well.
Due to language barriers, it used to be difficult for tourists to receive medical care at hospitals and clinics in Japan. We started this venture to address the issue. Our goal is to turn the negative experience of getting sick or injured on a trip into a positive experience, so that every part of your journey becomes NICE.

Appointment
An appointment is necessary to receive an in-person consultation or other medical services at our clinic.
After making an appointment, please visit the reception 15 minutes before your appointment time.
However, please note that in rare cases, your appointment may be significantly delayed if the physician needs to attend to an emergency patient.

Payment can be made in cash or one of the credit cards shown below:
For those who have private insurance (travel insurance)
When you visit us as an outpatient, the payment needs to be made when you check out on the day of your consultation or examination. We would like to request you to pay the full amount at the clinic and submit a claim to your insurance company afterwards. Necessary documents can be provided to submit a claim to your insurance. (Such as an English medical certificate) Some travel insurance are connected to assistance service in Japan, in that case you do not need to make a payment. Please contact your insurance company directly before visiting.
